Principal & Director Vic Schembri has been involved in the Real Estate industry in Bathurst for over 42 years, firstly as a builder then as a Real Estate agent & has been principal of Mid West Real Estate for 8 years.

The direction of Mid West Real Estate now focuses on House & Land packages, rural developments & site development sales.  Vic was joined in the business by his wife 6 years ago, who as a born & bred Bathurstian has a wealth of experience & knowledge of rural properties.  Together they form a formidable team.  The team is further enhanced with the addition of Linda Williams who joined the company 4 years ago & took 12 months leave to start a family & is now back with renewed vigor.  Linda having completed her schooling in Bathurst has a long history in Real estate & the Land.
